There is hardly a TV or radio station that has yet to feature bedbugs. This time it was TV viewers in Scotland who benefited from information on this media hungry wee beastie!
Appearing on the Hour Show on Scottish TV, Dave Archer explained to the two shocked TV presenters as well as their early morning TV viewers, how common place bedbugs now are. And also how international travel has been involved in their spread.
Based at Buckie in Moray, and running his own pest control business called DKA Environmental, Dave was representing the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA). The interview lasting nearly five minutes, included a more practical angle. Dave had not only brought with him a real, but dead, bedbug for all to see, but he also demonstrated on a bed in the studio where to look for bedbugs. Click here to watch the interview. |
