Pelsis and B&G Equipment Company, a Pelsis Group brand, are proud to announce two new additions to its leadership and sales teams: Anna Berry joins the company as US technical director and Scott LaFave joins the team as Western regional manager.
Ms Berry is a board-certified entomologist with nearly 20 years of experience in the pest management industry with a background in commercial pest management, particularly in food processing and food retail facilities and stored product insects.
In her role as technical director, she is responsible for improving technical data and processes, assisting with product improvement and development and helping inside and outside sales teams. She previously served as training manager and Entomologist for McCloud Services, which was acquired by Terminix.
Mr LaFave also has two decades of experience in the pest control industry. Based in Southern California, he will continue further relationships with distributors and PMPs in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arkansas and Idaho.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy from Penn State University. He previously worked for Bell Laboratories, FMC and Nisus Corporation.
