Natalie Bungay has joined national pest control company Pestforce as its new technical and national accounts director, succeeding Phil Shaw.
Ms Bungay brings a wealth of experience from her tenure as technical manager at the British Pest Control Association (BPCA), where she was instrumental in advancing industry standards and education.
Pestforce said her expertise and dedication to excellence make her a valuable addition to the team.
