The British Pest Control Association is issuing downloadable CPD assignments, so that its members have a new way to keep up with their continuing professional development.
Karen Dawes, the BPCA’s training manager, said: “Conducting research and completing assignments based around specific topics is a fantastic and underutilised way of doing some valuable CPD.”
CPD assignments are designed for pest control technicians looking to improve their knowledge and understanding of pest management subjects, guiding your research and helping you discover more about your trade.
Ms Dawes added: “The BPCA Technical team will set some time aside to review the assignments and the best ones will be rewarded with a certificate of excellence from BPCA, recognising the hard work that’s been put into them.”
The first assignment, which has been put together by the technical and training teams, is on the Edible Dormouse (Glis glis).
Members can view the instructions and download the assignments in the CPD section of the BPCA website, which can be accessed by clicking HERE.
