BPCA said its webinar, which takes place on Wednesday, December 4, explore the benefits of training onsite personnel to be your eyes and ears, some hints and tips on how to deliver effective pest awareness training and how to upsell to clients.
The webinar, which will starts at 12.30pm, will be run by John Horsley, BPCA’s training and professional development officer.
