For the second time, Parasitec was held in Istanbul, Turkey the previous time being two years ago in 2015. Occupying an earlier spot in the calendar than is traditional, the event was held on 28 – 29 September at the Istanbul Wow Convention Center, situated alongside Istanbul Atatürk Airport.
| Back to Istanbul Following the now well established trend of Parasitec being held in alternate years at a venue other than Paris, the organisers are to be congratulated for persevering with this location, despite the terrorist attacks late last year in Istanbul. The exhibition was well supported by local Turkish companies, as well as numerous Italian organisations – as the pictures below show – but exhibitors from elsewhere around Europe were less well represented. Running alongside the exhibition was a series of topical and technical seminars.
