Henrik Andersen, CEO for ISS said: “The sale of ISS Pest Control to Ecolab is a ‘win win’ for everyone involved as we have entered into a partnership arrangement with Ecolab to provide our pest services, whilst those involved will benefit from a business that has a significant pest control offering. I wish all those who will be making the move the very best for the future.”
Dave Adams, Ecolab Pest Elimination general manager in the UK said: “I warmly welcome our new associates (Editors note: associates = staff to you and me) to Ecolab. This addition increases our associates to nearly 650 nationwide and further strengthens our ability to deliver, innovative and proactive pest services with dedicated locally managed teams.”
