Grahame Turner, who is currently technical manager at the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA), has been appointed as Training Academy manager at Nurture Pest Control.

With Nurture expanding and establishing a training academy to support its growth, Grahame’s experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills make him the perfect choice to lead this initiative.

Kevin Lawrenson, chief executive of the NPTA, said: “It’s always fantastic to see professionals within our industry take on challenges that can add real value to businesses and the industry at large, and we are incredibly proud of Grahame’s achievement.

“His contributions to the NPTA and our members have been invaluable, and while we will certainly miss him, we know he will make a huge impact in his new role. We wish him every success!”

Mr Lawrenson continued: “While Grahame moves on to his next chapter, we are sure he will stay in touch and will continue to be part of the industry, with appearances at NPTA events from time to time.

“We have already recruited a technical trainer for the North, and we will introduce our new team member in the coming weeks. In addition, we will be advertising the role of technical manager for the South in the coming days.”
