BPCA is looking to recruit a technical and compliance manager, a field-based role, with extensive travel across the UK, plus regular overnights away from home.
With a salary of £40,000 and a benefits package, the role is a permanent, full-time position.
BPCA said: “As the British Pest Control Association’s technical and compliance manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the expansion of a wide range of technical services and play a key role in maintaining BPCA as the leading association for the pest control industry, acting as a main point of contact where appropriate.
“You’ll play a crucial role in providing technical support to BPCA’s 580+ servicing company members and drive membership engagement through regular interactions, both physically and digitally.”
BPCA continued: “You’ll also be responsible for compliance, ensuring members adhere to the strict criteria BPCA sets and manage our Alternate Dispute Resolution Service for members.
“The role sits within our Membership and Technical team, which is a small, dynamic team. You’ll be involved with Committees and Special Interest Groups made up of our members and key stakeholders.”
BPCA said there will be significant development opportunities working in an award-winning trade association with seasoned professionals both within BPCA and the wider industry.
“We need a bright, focused individual, dedicated to building lasting relationships with their colleagues and members,” BPCA.
“Above all, you’ll be technically solid and an excellent communicator. This is an outward-facing role with clear deliverables and requires a person who is willing to both self-motivate, self-organise and drive quality standards.
“Proven technical support and/or pest control experience in a variety of settings, ideally at both small and large companies, and experience of managing a wide range of commercial and domestic customers will be an advantage.
“To work with us you must be dedicated to professionalism, ethical conduct, and maintaining confidentiality.”
